Following an organized operation plan focused around the protection of our guests and our personnel, as well as the compliance with the rules of the State, we operate under an intensive cleaning protocol implemented throughout our facilities, which addresses the cleaning and disinfection frequency, as well as the selection of general use cleaning products with proven bactericidal and virucidal action.
At the same time, we implement specialized operation protocols for every space, in accordance to the certification program in Prevention of Spread of Infections provided by POSI SHIELD.
At Heritage Hill Hotel our priority is your pleasure along with everyone’s safety, yours and our personnel’s. For that reason, we have taken all measures necessary, throughout all the divisions and the procedures of our hotel.
Entering the Hotel:
At the hotel entrance temperature checks take place, allowing entrance only to those with normal readings. This procedure applies to our guests, personnel and all the suppliers.
Before check-in, all room spaces, every surface (drawers, bedding, mini bar, etc.) and every item within it (pen, amenities, towels etc.), as well as the A/C unit are sterilized.
The air quality control and its sterilization within the room, through the implementation of appropriate provisions that ensure the neutralization of 99.9% of pathogenic microorganisms, viruses and germs.
A “green” technology, implemented by suitably trained hotel personnel, improving its ecological footprint. Without the use of chemicals, with the proven practice of combined use of sterilization and deodorization devices with UVGI and photocatalytic oxidation, as well as controlled ozone generation.
During your stay at our hotel no one is allowed to enter your room. Cleaning service is always available though, on demand. That way, you receive a room that is sterilized and is meant to be used exclusively by you.
Breakfast is served daily in your room, at a time assigned by you.

In our kitchen we implement the following procedures on a daily basis:
Disinfection of the kitchen with an eco-friendly procedure, without the use of chemicals, with the proven practice of combined use of sterilization and deodorization devices with UVGI and photocatalytic oxidation, as well as controlled ozone generation, implemented by suitably trained hotel personnel, improving its ecological footprint.
On a daily basis and before they enter the hotel facilities, all of our employees pass through a temperature checking process, while everyone carries the required health certificates. Their attire is suited to ensure everyone’s safety.
All utensils are sterilized.
We operate under an intensive cleaning protocol, applied throughout the common areas of our hotel, which addresses the cleaning and disinfection frequency, as well as the selection of general use cleaning products with proven bactericidal and virucidal action.
At night, all vacant rooms and common areas of the hotel are sterilized with the use of UVGI devices.
Our protocols and procedures are updated and adjusted according to all suggested changes and improvements as defined by European and International guidelines, as they themselves evolve.
Finally, we monitor all international developments in regards to matters of quality and safety, so that we can provide our guests with reliable information at any time.
